Choose a trip and date
On the trip page you choose the date and how many are going. The calendar only offers the days that trip departs and, if it is seasonal, its months.
Pay online
You pay by credit or debit card. Prices are per traveler, in Mexican pesos, VAT included; you see the total before paying.
Get to the meeting point
Your confirmation arrives by email with the date, time and meeting point of the trip.
Frequently asked questions.
Does the price include transportation?
No. Each trip starts at its meeting point and getting there is up to the traveler. Each trip page gives the exact meeting point and suggests where to stay.
What does each trip include?
Every trip comes with a local guide or specialist. Some add workshop access, a boat or demonstrations; each page lists them under “What’s included” and “What’s not included”. Entrance fees to protected areas, museums and archaeological sites are almost always paid on site.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. Prices are per traveler, in Mexican pesos, VAT included.
What if it rains or the weather changes?
Outdoor activities may be changed or cancelled because of adverse weather. If a departure is cancelled, we will write to offer you another date or a refund.
Can I cancel or change the date?
With 72 hours’ notice or more, you get a full refund; between 72 and 24 hours, 50%; with less than 24 hours, no refund. You can change the date free of charge with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
How far ahead should I book?
You can book up to the day before. Departures are subject to availability, and seasonal ones (whales, monarch butterflies, whale sharks) fill up sooner.
